No. Images are resized by your browser on your own device.
If you enter only a width or only a height, the other side is worked out so the picture is not stretched. If you enter both, the image is shrunk to fit inside that box without distortion. Turn the option off to force the exact width and height.
Keep the original format for the same look. Choose WEBP or JPG with a quality around 80 to 90 for smaller web images. JPG does not support transparency, so transparent areas become white.
