No. Backgrounds are added by your browser on your own device.
Leave the canvas shape as "Same shape as the picture", set padding to 0 if you do not want extra space, and keep the solid color white. The transparent areas are filled with the color.
Choose "Square 1:1" for a square canvas that grows around each picture, or "Exact size in pixels" such as 1080 by 1080 to scale every picture to fit inside the same canvas. The blurred background option fills the empty space with a soft copy of the photo.
